What I notarize
Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, and signature verifications for documents like affidavits, powers of attorney, vehicle documents, and school, business, or agency forms.

Your booking fee
The $25 booking fee reserves your appointment time and is credited toward your final total. It does not cover the full cost of your appointment.

What affects your final total

• Travel to your location

• After-hours or weekend appointments

• Number of signers/signatures/documents

• Witnesses, if your document requires them

• Rush requests

After you book, I'll confirm your details and send your total before I arrive, so you always know what to expect and agree to it before service begins.

Before we meet

• Valid, unexpired photo ID for every signer

• Documents unsigned (I have to watch you sign)

• Every signer present

• Any witnesses your document requires

Cancellations
Your booking fee is refundable if you cancel before I leave for your appointment. I'll send a "heading your way" text when I'm departing, and once I'm on the road, the fee is non-refundable. (Optional: it can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.)
